Women's Hormone Health
stage, from cycle changes to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Your body is telling you something. It's worth listening.
Sometimes the picture is hormonal. Sometimes it’s thyroid. Sometimes it’s metabolic. Often it’s a combination. Baseline+ provides structured clinical assessment to help you understand what’s actually going on, with a practitioner who takes the time to look at the full picture.
Why the full picture matters.

- How We Assess
How we assess your hormonal and metabolic health
Hormonal Panel
Oestrogen, progesterone, FSH, LH, and testosterone assessed to provide a comprehensive view of hormonal status and identify relevant changes.
Thyroid Function
TSH, T3, and T4 assessed to evaluate thyroid health and its role in energy, metabolism, mood, and cycle regularity.
Iron and Nutritional Markers
Ferritin, iron, and B12 assessed as part of a comprehensive panel, particularly relevant for women experiencing fatigue or cycle-related concerns.
Metabolic Markers
Fasting glucose, insulin sensitivity, and lipid profile assessed to understand metabolic function and identify factors relevant to weight and long-term health.
What your program looks like
Assessment & Baseline
Ongoing Clinical Support
Where medication or additional support is part of your clinical plan, your practitioner provides ongoing guidance. Dietitian and psychologist add-ons available where appropriate.
Review and Adjustment
Your clinical plan is reviewed as your health picture evolves. Follow-up consultations allow your practitioner to adjust recommendations based on your results.
I'm not sure if I'm perimenopausal or if something else is going on. Can Baseline+ help me figure that out?
Yes. This is one of the most common reasons women come to Baseline+. The symptoms of perimenopause can overlap with thyroid issues, iron deficiency, and other hormonal changes. Our assessment looks at all of these together so your practitioner has a complete picture before drawing any clinical conclusions.
Is medication guaranteed as part of the women's health program?
No. Medication is only prescribed where clinically appropriate based on your individual pathology and assessment. The decision is made entirely by your practitioner during your consultation. Baseline+ does not advertise or guarantee access to any specific medication or hormone therapy.
I've had blood tests before and been told my hormones are normal. Why would this be different?
Standard hormone panels don’t always include all the relevant markers, and results are sometimes interpreted against broad reference ranges that don’t account for individual variation. Baseline+ uses a more comprehensive panel and your practitioner reviews your results in the context of your symptoms and health history, not just against a reference range.
Is pathology included in the program cost?
Yes. Pathology is included in your program cost. Your practitioner reviews your intake and authorises your blood tests through accredited Australian providers. No extra cost, no chasing referrals.
I'm in my late 30s. Is this program relevant for me or is it mainly for women going through menopause?
The Women’s Health program is relevant for adult women at any stage. Hormonal changes can begin earlier than most people expect, and the program is designed to assess your individual picture regardless of where you are in your cycle or life stage.
