Men's Health

Your energy, drive, and body composition change when your hormones shift. A bloods-first clinical
assessment to help you understand what’s going on and explore your options.

Feeling flat isn’t just something
you push through.

Low energy, reduced drive, low libido, changes in body composition, difficulty recovering, persistent brain fog. These are things a lot of men notice over time and a lot of men are told are just part of getting older.

Sometimes they are. But often there’s a clinical picture behind them that hasn’t been properly looked at. Baseline+ provides structured hormonal and metabolic assessment for men who want real answers, not reassurance.

Why it’s worth looking closer.

Testosterone levels decline naturally with age, but the rate and impact varies significantly between individuals. Hormonal assessment looks at total and free testosterone alongside other relevant markers to understand your individual picture.
Persistent fatigue that doesn’t resolve with rest can have a number of clinical causes including hormonal changes, thyroid function, and metabolic factors. Pathology helps identify what’s actually driving it.
Hormonal shifts in men often affect how the body manages weight and muscle. Understanding the metabolic factors involved gives your practitioner a clearer basis for clinical decisions.
Longevity markers, cardiovascular risk, and inflammatory indicators are all part of a comprehensive men’s health assessment. Understanding your baseline now matters for what comes later.

How we assess your hormonal and metabolic health

Testosterone Panel

Total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, and LH assessed to give a complete picture of hormonal status and identify where imbalances may exist.

Thyroid Function

TSH, T3, and T4 assessed to evaluate thyroid health and its role in energy regulation, metabolism, and mood.

Metabolic Markers

Fasting glucose, insulin, and lipid profile assessed to understand metabolic function and identify relevant risk factors.

Inflammatory and Longevity Markers

CRP and other inflammatory markers assessed alongside comprehensive bloodwork to give a broader picture of health and ageing.

What your program looks like

Assessment & Baseline

Complete your intake, have your pathology coordinated by your practitioner, and attend your telehealth consultation of up to 45 minutes. Your clinical plan is built around what your results actually show.

Ongoing Clinical Support

Where medication or additional support is part of your clinical plan, your practitioner provides ongoing guidance. Dietitian and psychologist add-ons available where appropriate.

Review and Adjustment

Your clinical plan is reviewed as your health picture evolves. Follow-up consultations allow your practitioner to adjust recommendations based on your results.

Everything you need to know

Is this program only for men with low testosterone?

No. While testosterone is one of the markers we assess, the Men’s Health program covers a broader range of hormonal and metabolic factors that affect how men feel and function. You don’t need a prior diagnosis or a specific concern to access the program. Many people come in knowing something is off without knowing exactly what.

No. Medication is only prescribed where clinically appropriate based on your individual pathology and assessment. The decision is made entirely by your practitioner during your consultation.

Baseline+ starts with a comprehensive hormonal and metabolic panel that goes beyond a standard GP blood test. Your practitioner reviews your intake in detail before your consultation and has up to 45 minutes to go through your results and discuss what’s clinically appropriate for your situation.

Yes. Pathology is included in your program cost. Your practitioner reviews your intake and authorises your blood tests through accredited Australian providers. No extra cost, no chasing referrals.

Hormonal and metabolic changes can affect men at any age. The program is designed for adult men who want a clearer clinical picture of their health, regardless of age.
