Where medication or additional support is part of your clinical plan, your practitioner provides ongoing guidance. Dietitian and psychologist add-ons available where appropriate.
Review and Adjustment
Your clinical plan is reviewed as your health picture evolves. Follow-up consultations allow your practitioner to adjust recommendations based on your results.
Is medication part of the Metabolic & Weight Loss program?
Medication is only considered where clinically appropriate, based on your individual pathology results. The decision is made entirely by your practitioner during your consultation. Baseline+ does not advertise or guarantee access to any specific medication.
Is pathology included in the program cost?
Yes. Pathology is included in your program cost. Your practitioner reviews your intake and authorises your blood tests through accredited Australian providers.
Do I need a diagnosis to access this program?
No. You do not need an existing diagnosis to access Baseline+. Our program begins with assessment. If you have been previously diagnosed with a condition relevant to your health goals, your practitioner will take that into account during your consultation.
How long does the program take?
Your initial program runs for approximately 8 weeks, covering your intake, pathology, consultation, and clinical plan. Ongoing support is available beyond that depending on your clinical needs.
Is my health information kept secure?
Yes. All personal and health information is stored securely and managed in accordance with Australian privacy legislation. It is only accessed by the practitioners and support staff involved in your care.
