Create Your Account
Start with a short eligibility assessment to confirm Baseline+ is right for your situation. No payment required at this stage. Once eligible, purchase your program and complete your detailed intake form. This is where you tell us your health history, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to understand. Your practitioner reads this before anything else happens, so nothing gets missed.
- Blood Test & Diagnostics
Pathology, Sorted for You
Once your practitioner has reviewed your intake, they authorise your pathology order through accredited Australian providers. You’ll receive clear instructions on where to go and what to do when you get there. No chasing referrals, no organising it yourself. Pathology is included in your program cost. Results come back to Baseline+ directly so you don’t need to track them down.

Your Telehealth Consultation
Once your results are in, you’ll meet with your AHPRA-registered practitioner via telehealth. They come prepared. Your intake has been read. Your pathology has been reviewed. The consultation is a focused clinical conversation about what your results mean and what the right next steps look like for your individual situation. Your practitioner will discuss whether medication or other support is clinically appropriate for you.

A Plan Based on Your Results, Not a Template
Your practitioner finalises a clinical plan based entirely on your pathology, your intake, and your consultation. This isn’t a template, it’s built around what your results actually show. Where medication is clinically appropriate, it is discussed and agreed with you before anything is prescribed. Medication costs are separate from your program cost.
