Stop putting it
down to age.
Low energy, low drive, slower recovery, body composition drifting the wrong way. The usual answer is "that's just getting older". The better answer is a 48-marker panel, an AHPRA-registered doctor who has read it, and a plan built on what it shows.
Includes the Men's Hormone Blood Test Panel (48 markers), intake review, a video consultation with an AHPRA-registered doctor and your personalised plan. TRT assessed where clinically indicated.

For men who feel
like a lower-spec version of themselves.
This program is designed for the symptoms men tend to ignore until they can't, and it's built to tell you whether there's a clinical cause.
- Energy and motivation have dropped off, and coffee isn't fixing it
- Lower libido or performance changes
- Training harder, recovering slower, building less
- Weight gain around the middle, or muscle that's harder to keep
- Low mood, irritability or brain fog
- Poor sleep that's become the norm
- You've wondered about testosterone but don't trust an online form to decide
One price.
Measured, reviewed by a doctor, treated properly.
The $549 program fee covers everything below. Any medication, including TRT, is prescribed only when clinically indicated and costed separately.
Forty-eight markers.
Because testosterone alone tells you very little.
A single testosterone number is where most online clinics stop. We read it alongside SHBG, oestradiol, LH and the metabolic markers that decide whether treatment is appropriate and safe.
Total, free and the binding protein that controls what's usable.
- Total testosterone
- Free testosterone
- SHBG
- DHEA-S
Tells your doctor whether the issue is production or signalling.

- PSA
Overlaps with almost every low-testosterone symptom.

Keep your GP.
Add what a standard appointment doesn't cover.
We're not a replacement for your GP, and we'll refer you back whenever something sits outside our scope. We add a broader panel, a dedicated video consultation and follow-through in your portal.
From sign-up to plan
in about two weeks.
Every step happens online, except the blood draw, which happens at one of 4,000+ collection centres near you. Your first program runs for around eight weeks.
Check your eligibility
A three-minute online questionnaire. No payment, no account needed to find out if the program is right for you.
Create your account and complete intake
Tell us about your symptoms, history, goals and anything you've tried. Your practitioner reads every word before you meet.
Get your bloods done
Your pathology request goes to your portal. Walk into any of 4,000+ accredited collection centres across Australia. Results land in 2–5 business days.
Your video consultation
A one-on-one video consultation with your practitioner. They've already reviewed your results and your intake, so the time is spent on what it means and what to do.
Your plan, and the follow-through
A personalised care plan in your portal: lifestyle, nutrition, and clinical options where appropriate. Message your team, track progress and re-test when it matters.
$549, all in.
A doctor, not a questionnaire.
The program adds the doctor-led video consultation, your plan and the monitoring that responsible hormone care requires.
Only prescribed where clinically indicated, and costed separately through accredited Australian pharmacies. Your practitioner will talk you through options and costs before anything is prescribed.
Baseline+ consults are private. Blood tests are privately funded and charged separately unless included in your program. Some private health funds cover dietitian consults; check your extras.
Only if your results and symptoms support it and your doctor considers it clinically indicated. TRT is a serious, ongoing therapy with monitoring requirements. Many men find the cause is elsewhere: thyroid, iron, sleep, insulin.
You'll see an AHPRA-registered doctor, your panel is 48 markers rather than a single testosterone level, and treatment comes with a monitoring plan. We'd rather lose a sale than prescribe something you don't need.
No. Start directly with Baseline+. We'll refer you to your GP or a specialist if anything sits outside our scope.
No. Medication is prescribed only when indicated and is costed separately through accredited Australian pharmacies. Your doctor will walk you through costs before prescribing.
