Program prices include pathology, your consult and your plan. The only things that sit outside them are medication, if prescribed, and optional add-ons. Nothing is bulk-billed; nothing is hidden.

Eligibility assessment, intake review, pathology through accredited Australian labs, your video consultation, your care plan, and portal access with messaging.
Medication, only if your practitioner prescribes it, through accredited Australian pharmacies. Optional add-ons: dietitian, psychology or counselling sessions, and extended panels.
Checking eligibility is free. Payment is taken when you're accepted and choose to proceed, or when you order a stand-alone panel or consult.

Available to purchase directly from our blood test page without a program. Prices include GST. Add a Baseline+ Direct video consultation ($129) if you want them explained.
No. Baseline+ consults are private. Blood tests are privately funded and charged separately unless included in your program. Some private health funds rebate dietitian consults under extras cover.
A panel gives you the results, uploaded to your portal. A program includes its own pathology, a video consultation with a practitioner, a care plan and follow-up. If you buy a panel and want it explained, add a Baseline+ Direct consultation for $129.
It depends entirely on what, if anything, is prescribed. Prescriptions may be provided where clinically indicated following your consultation. Your practitioner will tell you the options and costs before prescribing, and medication is dispensed and charged by the pharmacy, not by Baseline+.

If we can't provide the service, you're refunded. Once pathology has been ordered or a consult delivered, those components can't be refunded. The full policy is linked in the footer.
